We are conducting an ESCMID (European Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases) survey on antibiotic dosing in patients with renal impairment, and we would greatly appreciate your participation. Your input will contribute to a better understanding of how antibiotics are dosed and help develop an ESCMID-endorsed international antibiotic dosing guideline for patients with renal impairment.
