Submit your abstract and apply for a grant to attend ECCMID 2024

While submitting your abstract, apply for grants and awards that ESCMID provides to support young and promising scientists as well as professionals residing in LMICs to be able to attend the 34th ECCMID.

The course will provide interactive information through a series of case presentations. The attendees will be updated about bacterial, viral and fungal infections in immunosuppressed patients due to haematological or solid cancer or transplantation.

Public consultation phase to endorse a new ESCMID guideline

ESCMID members are invited to comment on the manuscript "2023 Guideline Update on the Diagnosis and Management of Complicated Intra-Abdominal Infections in Adults, Children, and Pregnant People". If you are interested to review the manuscript, please write to guidancedocuments@escmid.org indicating your ESCMID membership number. The deadline to provide feedback and comments is 20 November 2023.

Survey on Scientific misconduct in Infectious Diseases

The Ethics Advisory Committee has launched an anonymous survey addressed to ESCMID members discussing scientific misconduct in Infectious Diseases. This short survey takes less than 5 minutes to be completed. We would appreciate your input on this topic.
