ECCMID 2022 – 2 weeks left to submit your abstract!

Abstract submission for ECCMID 2022 closes in just over 2 weeks! Visit the ECCMID website to view the guidelines and to submit your abstract for inclusion in the world’s premier congress in the field of infection.

All ESCMID Young Scientist Members (YSM) can vote now for their two new representatives (1 ID/1 CM) within the TAE Steering Committee. Choose among nine candidates and cast your vote today to help shape the Trainee Association of ESCMID! Voting deadline: 11 November 2021 at 12:00 noon CET

Call for NEW ESCMID Antimicrobial Stewardship Certificate 2022 – 2024 course proposals!

The European Antimicrobial Stewardship Certificate Programme is a newly-planned educational programme in the field of AMS. European healthcare institutions interested in hosting course modules can find the relevant proposal information here. Submission deadline: 13 December 2021 at 23:59 CET

ECCMID Outreach Grant 2022!

The ECCMID Outreach Grant for ECCMID 2022 is still accepting applications! This grant, with funding from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, supports ECCMID participation from Low- and Lower-middle income countries. The deadline to apply is 20 November 2021 at 23:59 CET

Dynamic B and T cell responses post inactivated COVID-19 immunization

This study provided data with insights into the kinetics of vaccine-induced humoral and cellular immune responses, including circulating antibodies, antigen-specific B cells, CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, as well as their memory subsets extending up to 8-10 weeks post 2-dose immunization.
