Be aware of Fake E-Mails!

It has come to the attention of ESCMID that there have been fraudulent communications sent to ESCMID members recently.

These emails purport to be from ESCMID Executive Members and are requesting transferral of funds. The sending addresses appear to be legitimate, showing the official institution email addresses. However, the reply addresses are different and show that it is not an official communication.

ESCMID will never ask anyone to transfer money on behalf of ESCMID.

If you are unsure of any ESCMID communication, please do not hesitate to contact ESCMID at info@escmid.org. Please note, no protected ESCMID member data has been compromised.
