ESCMID open-access WAAW 2022 webinar on AMS

ESCMID is hosting a special open access webinar on 22 November at

17:00 - 18:30 CET for WAAW 2022 titled “Enhancing antimicrobial stewardship and infection control for the prevention of AMR”. This free virtual event will feature 5 talks from experts across the globe emphasizing the importance of a multifaceted approach to the mitigation of AMR.

This session is aimed to support early career researchers be able to present their work at ECCMID with support and mentoring from experts in the field. CAREer grant applications now open!

The call for applications is now open until 15 January 2023! By paying a support person, the ESCMID CAREer Grant allows the recipient to reduce the workload by 20%. It is aimed at members who need support to advance their career whilst looking after their children or, from this year, suffering from an unexpected situation that prevents them from working fulltime.
